Shipping & Returns

Return policy

We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@yourstayin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns must be in the same condition they were received, unused, with proof of purchase, and in their original packaging.

Upon return, a refund will be issued for the returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed by Stay In within 7 days from the date the returned item is received.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a solution.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:
– Sale items
– Gift cards
– Custom or personalized products

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
